3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of Bexium Studio unless otherwise stated. Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement. Bexium Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure they have the right to use any content or materials provided to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and may result in work being paused.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bexium Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
